Central Cambridge, walkable from the colleges and the station-ish crowd. We're finalising the site now and list members get the address reveal first.

Are these actually New York–style?

Yes — hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, baked fresh. The real method, not a beigel and not a bread roll with a hole. Built for Cambridge tastes, but proper bagels at heart.

Vegan and veggie options?

Plenty. Several bagels are naturally vegan, we do vegan schmears and plant milks, and most sandwiches have a meat-free build.

What do I get for signing up?

Founding-member status: first bagel on the house at launch, early-access ordering, secret-menu invites, and a vote on which flavours make the opening line-up.
